Pavement construction method:
Plate soaking: In order to prevent the stone paver from absorbing the moisture of the paving mortar, the plate is immersed in advance. After the stone absorbs the moisture, the bonding layer mortar will be dehydrated, which will affect the hardening of the mortar and affect the mortar and base layer, mortar and stone. The bonding quality, so the stone must be soaked in water before construction.
Paving mortar leveling layer (bonding layer): The ground on which the stone slabs are paved must not only have good flatness, but also must not be hollow and cracked. For this reason, it is required to use 1:2 (volume ratio) dry hard cement mortar for the leveling layer, and the consistency (in the standard cone sinking degree) during laying is 2.5-3.5cm, that is, it is appropriate to hold it into a cluster and bloom on the ground. In order to ensure the bonding effect, after the surface of the base layer is wet, it is necessary to brush the cement slurry with a water-cement ratio of 0.4-0.5, and then pave the board with the brush. When paving the dry hard cement mortar leveling layer, the length of the paving mortar should be more than 1m, the width should exceed the width of the slab by 20-30mm, and the thickness of the paving mortar should be 10-15mm. The mortar for the virtual paving on the ground should be 3-5mm higher than the ground elevation line. After the mortar is spread, use a large bar to flatten and pat it firmly, level with a wooden trowel, and then paste paving stone slabs on the bonding layer. Before attaching the paving slabs, evenly sprinkle a layer of dry cement flour on the leveling layer and use a brush to dip it in water. At the same time, brush the back of the slab with water, and then formally inlay the slab on the ground.
Double seams: When formally inlaying, the four corners of the stone paver should fall steadily at the same time. After aligning the longitudinal and longitudinal seams, tap it with a rubber hammer and level it with a level ruler. When stitching, it should be carried out according to the drawn stitching control line, and pay attention to the same size of the plate, and the length and width of the plate should be within 1mm. Plates larger than this error should be sorted out and placed in different sizes.
Filling joints: For the floor of the plate without inserts, the joint filling treatment should be carried out after 24h. When grouting, use a grout pot to pour contiguous mud or 1:1 thin cement mortar (cement: fine. sand) into two-thirds of the height of the joint, and use a small wooden strip to scrape the outflowing cement slurry into the gap to fill the joint surface The cement slurry or cement mortar overflowing on the layer should be eliminated before setting, and then the cement slurry of the same color as the board surface should be used to wipe the joints. After the cement in the seam is set, the surface layer is cleaned, and the master is prohibited from walking or carrying objects within 3 days.
