Care Tips for Natural Amethyst Surface
No special maintenance is required. Preferably, use warm water and mild detergent on an uncolored soft cloth for cleaning. Sealer products and wax can be used like the usual process applied on other marbles and granites.
Do not use strong chemical products with high Ph. Avoid putting hot materials directly on the semi-precious stone surface. Avoid scratching surfaces with metal or abrasive materials.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: For regular material, the minimum order quantity is based on 100 SQM.
Q: Can you load different colors and sizes in one container?
A: Yes, for one material, we can load a max of four different colors, a different size is acceptable.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: The time of delivery is about 15-20 working days after receiving the deposit.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: T/T (30% in advance before manufacturing, 70% balance before loading).
Q: How about the samples?
A: Free samples for customers to check the quality, going by containers or air-freight cost paid by the customer.
