The Project

One Villa, One Cohesive Material Story

This bespoke Melbourne villa required natural stone to work across very different architectural moments without losing visual consistency. The classical exterior is defined by warm limestone, while Calacatta White marble introduces a brighter, more fluid character through the curved staircase.

For the façade, columns, mouldings and balustrades, the project relied on accurately fabricated cut-to-size limestone elements to keep the architectural detailing consistent across the exterior.

Perfect Stone supported the project from material selection and slab inspection through shop drawings, custom fabrication, quality control and final delivery.

The result is not a collection of isolated stone features, but a coordinated material language carried from façade to staircase, bathroom, kitchen and feature walls.

Stone Applications

Five Stone Applications Across the Villa

Project Coordination

Coordinated from Slab to Final Delivery

A luxury residential project depends on more than material appearance. Selection, dimensional accuracy and quality control need to stay aligned throughout fabrication, especially across large-format pieces such as the kitchen island and benchtop.
